We kindly ask that you do not smoke inside the apartment.
Smoking is only permitted on the balcony, and we ask that you please use the provided ashtray.
Never throw cigarette butts into the garden — let’s keep the outdoor space clean and beautiful for everyone to enjoy.

🔇 Quiet Hours 

In accordance with Greek regulations, we kindly ask all guests to respect the quiet hours:

From 22:00 (10:00 PM) to 08:00 (8:00 AM)

During this time, please avoid loud music, gatherings, or any noise that may disturb neighbors.

🛏️ Bedding  

Please note that the apartment is furnished and arranged as shown in the listing.
It is not possible to add, remove, or rearrange beds or furniture.

The setup is designed to ensure your comfort and to comply with safety and capacity regulations. We kindly ask that you plan your stay accordingly.

🚫 Overnight Visitors 

Please note that only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight in the apartment.
Visitors of guests are not permitted to stay overnight under any circumstances.
